Our residential false-ceiling estimates are based on room packages and ceiling design. We quote a lump sum after reviewing your layout, dimensions and scope. The optional area field in the estimator helps us understand the work; it does not multiply the package price.
Ceiling packages use plasterboard with galvanised steel framing. Air-con pelmet and fan support are included if required. Curtain pelmets and other optional features are priced separately. Painting, electrical work, LED strips, drivers and lighting equipment are excluded from the ceiling package.
Electrical work is itemised separately. Select the points and fittings you need in the estimator. Downlight point wiring and installation are already combined at S$35 per point, so they are not added twice.
